Overview
The Subaru WRX is a rally-bred four-door sport sedan. A turbocharged engine, performance-tuned suspension and Subaru?s venerated Symmetrical All Wheel Drive combine to set a benchmark in the competitive sport compact segment. The WRX is powered by a 268-hp 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine mated to a six-speed manual or eight-speed CVT transmission. Trim specific standard equipment includes 17- or 18-inch aluminum wheels, a power sunroof, heated mirrors, heated front seats, automatic climate control, SiriusXM satellite radio, Aha Internet radio, Bluetooth, a 7-inch touchscreen display and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity. Safety features such as seven airbags, a rear view camera, stability control and 4-wheel anti-lock brakes with brake assist and hill hold control are standard. Optional safety equipment can be added such as Blind Spot Detection (BSD), Adaptive Cruise Control, EyeSight Assist Monitor (EAM) and the EyeSight System which includes a Lane Keep Assist. The WRX and STi carry over into 2021 with minimal changes while Premium models now have keyless access and push button start as standard equipment.
