Overview

The Volkswagen Golf is a compact German hatchback that sets the standard benchmark in a very crowded class. The front-wheel drive Golf is powered by a 147-hp 1.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder gas engine with the choice between either a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission.
