The Regal Sportback is Buick's premium sport sedan featuring sleek, coupe-like styling with sportback rear access. It includes a high level of standard equipment, and impressive attention to detail. There is room for five passengers to sit in comfort, while providing responsive handling and a dynamic, yet refined, ride. The Regal Sportback offers six trims. The front-wheel drive Base, Preferred, Preferred II, Essence and Avenir with a 250-hp 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo engine with a nine-speed automatic transmission, the all-wheel drive Preferred II and Essence with a 295-hp 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo engine and an eight-speed automatic transmission or the all-wheel drive GS that has a 310-hp 3.6L V6 engine coupled with a nine-speed automatic transmission. Standard equipment, depending on trim, includes 19-inch aluminum wheels, LED daytime running lights, exterior heated, power mirrors with driver side auto-dimming, front seat and exterior mirror memory, heated and ventilated front bucket power seats with driver massage, leather upholstery, dual-zone automatic climate control, Bluetooth, wireless charging, HD Radio, 4G LTE, Buick Infotainment System with 8-inch touchscreen and navigation, SiriusXM, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay capability, voice recognition, heated leather-wrapped sport steering wheel and Keyless Start. Safety features, depending on trim, include four-wheel anti-lock vented disc brakes, stability and traction control systems, Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, LED headlamps with automatic leveling system and cornering lamps, front and rear Park Assist, Rear Vision Camera and ten airbags. The Buick Regal Sportback offers a new front-wheel drive trim, Avenir, for 2019.
