2018 Chevrolet Trax LS Front-Wheel Drive

Overview

The Chevrolet Trax is a compact crossover SUV with seating for five, an efficient drivetrain and generous cargo space. The Trax is offered in three trims: LS, LT, and Premier; and two drivetypes: front- or all-wheel drive. A 140-hp 1.4-liter turbo four-cylinder engine is mated to a six-speed automatic with tap shift. Standard safety equipment includes electronic traction and stability control, anti-lock brakes with panic brake assist, hill hold control, automatic headlamps, OnStar and ten airbags. New safety features for 2017 include blind zone alert and rear cross traffic alert, both are standard on the Premier, optional on the LT. Additionally, forward collision alert and lane departure warning can now be optioned on the Premier trim. Standard and optional features depending on the trim level include front fog lights, 18-inch alloy wheels and tires, heated front seats, air conditioning with filtration, 110V AC outlet, power driver seat, XM satellite ratio, and remote engine start. OnStar 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot and the Chevrolet MyLink system are standard on all trims. For 2018, there are some paint changes and a new Redline Edition package.
