2018 Buick Envision Preferred All-Wheel Drive

Overview

The Buick Envision is a small 5-passenger SUV that is offered in both front- and all-wheel drive configurations. It showcases luxury styling, premium amenities and advanced safety technologies. The Envision is available in five trim levels - Base, Preferred, Essence, Premium I and Premium II. Power is supplied by either a 197-hp 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine, or a 252-hp 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder; both feature auto stop/start technology for enhanced efficiency and are paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. Trim-dependent standard equipment includes: a panoramic moonroof, hands-free power liftgate, 19-inch aluminum wheels, adaptive headlamps with auto high-beam control, LED daytime running lights, passive entry/start, heated/ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, leather upholstery, three-zone automatic climate control, satellite radio and voice-activated navigation. Every Envision stays connected with a Buick infotainment system, featuring an 8-inch touchscreen display, Bluetooth streaming audio, 4G and Wi-Fi hotspot capability, four USB ports and smartphone integration. Standard safety features include anti-lock disc brakes with brake assist, stability/traction control systems, a rearview camera, OnStar and Teen Driver mode, as well as ten airbags; other available technologies include head-up display, Forward Collision Alert, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Keep Assist and Side Blind Zone Alert. The Buick Envision carries over with minimal changes for 2018.
