Overview

The Volvo V60 Cross Country is a sporty, dynamic wagon combining excellent performance and great versatility. For 2017 the five-cylinder engine and six-speed auto are no longer available. The V60 Cross Country is available in Base or Platinum trim as an all-wheel drive T5. It includes a direct-injected turbocharged 240-hp 2.0-liter Drive-E four-cylinder engine coupled with an 8-speed Geartronic automatic transmission and Start/Stop technology. Adding go-anywhere capability to the V60s' sporty all-weather control the Cross Country includes increased ground clearance, skid plates, bodyside cladding, fender extensions, and higher profile tires. Standard equipment includes dynamic stability traction control (DSTC) with advanced stability control, and corner traction control with torque vectoring. Safety features include City Safety, whiplash protection front headrests (WHIPS), and six airbags. A power moonroof, Sirius satellite radio, Volvo Sensus infotainment system, and Bluetooth with audio streaming are standard. The T5 includes leather upholstery. Available equipment includes keyless drive, rear camera, upgraded premium audio, navigation system, and active xenon high-intensity headlights with washers. Volvos' commitment to safety include available features such as park assist, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, collision warning with full auto brake, driver alert, active high beam, and road sign information. The Volvo V60 Cross Country wagon is a carryover for the 2017 model year with a change in the powerteam.
