Overview

The GMC Terrain is a boldly styled five-passenger crossover SUV engineered with excellent fuel economy and passenger comfort in mind, offering best in class second row leg room. A long wheelbase and wide tracks contribute to car-like ride and handling traits while reducing body roll for a safe, stable driving experience. The Terrain offered as a FWD or AWD with 5 trims, it's powered by 182-hp 2.4-liter four-cylinder or a 301-hp 3.6-liter V6 mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. Trim specific standard equipment includes, 18-inch aluminum wheels, LED daytime running lights, heated leather front seats, automatic climate control, SiriusXM satellite radio, 8 Pioneer speakers, Bluetooth, 7-inch touchscreen display, OnStar Turn-by-Turn Navigation, OnStar 4G LTE, RemoteLink and Guidance. Safety features such as six-airbags, rear view camera, low tire pressure warning, Rear Park Assist, Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert, Forward collision Alert, Lane Departure Warning and Rear Cross Traffic Alert are available. Optional equipment that can be added includes a remote vehicle starter, cargo net, rear cargo cover, cargo area shade cover, cargo organizer and a power sunroof with express open. The 2017 Terrain gets 18-inch aluminum tires as standard for all trims as well as minor changes to options and packages.
