Overview

The Volvo V60 is a sporty, dynamic wagon combining excellent performance and great versatility. The stylish V60 is all-new for 2015. The V60 is available as a front-wheel or all-wheel drive T5, or as an all-wheel drive T6 R-Design. The T5 FWD includes one of Volvos' new Drive-E engines, a direct-injected turbocharged 240-hp 2.0-liter four-cylinder matched with a new 8-speed Geartronic automatic transmission. The T5 AWD includes a turbocharged 250-hp 2.5-liter five-cylinder and the T6 R-Design AWD model has the Polestar upgraded turbocharged 325-hp 3.0-liter inline-6 engine. Both all-wheel drive models include a Geartronic 6-speed automatic transmission. Drive-E engines include Start/Stop technology. Standard equipment includes dynamic stability traction control (DSTC) with advanced stability control, and corner traction control with torque vectoring. Safety features include City Safety, whiplash protection front headrests (WHIPS), anti-lock brakes, and six airbags. A power moonroof, Sirius satellite radio, Volvo Sensus infotainment system, and Bluetooth with audio streaming are standard. The T5 includes T-Tec cloth upholstery, the T6 R-Design has standard leather upholstery. Optional equipment includes keyless drive, rear camera, upgraded premium audio, navigation system, and active xenon high-intensity headlights with washers. Volvos well-known commitment to safety include available features such as park assist, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, collision warning with full auto brake, driver alert, active high beam, and road sign information.
