Overview

The GMC Sierra 1500 is a full-size pickup truck that is nearly identical to the Chevy Silverado but features more mature, restrained styling. The Sierra 1500 comes in work truck, SLE1, SLE2, SLT and Denali trim levels. The interior storage capacities have grown thanks to larger glove-compartments and storage consoles. The Denali has unique leather seating, remote starting, adjustable pedals, and sonar rear parking assist. There are a few engine options: 4.3-liter V-6, 4.8-, 5.3- and 6.0-liter V-8 engines that are controlled by a four-speed automatic. The Denali comes with an even more powerful 6.2-liter V-8 mated to a six-speed automatic. The GMC Sierra 1500 is all new for 2007.
