DAVID GLUCKMAN: Hey, it's David Gluckman from Autoblog, and this is a 2016 Ford Focus RS. It's really blue, as you can see. It's really fast, and we're going to give you a quick 360-degree tour of the interior. So come with me.

So inside, you're greeted with the RS logo there when you open the door and the center screen. You got Ford here so you remember what kind of car you're in, which is always important. There's also RS on the seat backs on both seats, and these seats are Recaros.

As you can see, they're very deep buckets, very deep bolsters on the-- on the seat bottoms and the sides. They keep you in place. They make it a little bit difficult to get in and out of the car, but it's worth it once you're going around a track sideways at 65 miles an hour or so. So that's cool.

You've got a lot of blue stitching in this car. Blue is the RS color. So you see it in the gauges. You see it in the gauges up here. You see it in the stitching on this steering wheel, which has sort of a flat bottom-- an RS logo as well.

You have stitching on the seats, on the parking brake boot, on the shift boot, even in the diagram for your shift pattern on the shifter. So lots of blue. Again, you're not going to forget you're in the RS, but those are the things that really set it off from a regular Focus or even a Focus ST.

Another couple things that tell you-- remind you that you're in the fanciest, the craziest Focus is this drive mode button down here. This is where you can choose the normal mode, the sport mode, the track mode, or drift mode, which softens things up and kind of gives you a little more leeway to throw the back end of this all-wheel drive monster around.

It also has an automatic engine stop-start system that you can disable there. And because it's a $40,000-ish Focus, you get a button for a heated steering wheel. So you can get some heat there. But that's really about it, and the rest of it's pretty much standard issue Focus.

You've got SYNC 3 here, which is an option on this car. And this car also has that 10-speaker Sony audio system and automatic climate control-- lots of cool stuff like that. And that's about it for the interior of the 2016 Focus RS. So hope you enjoyed it.
