Hug it out: SAAC and Carroll Shelby end legal battle

Back in November of 2007 Carroll Shelby canceled the licensing agreement with the 5,000 member SAAC car club. Regardless of who was to blame for the fallout, the end result was a law suit filed by Shelby against the SAAC with the claim that the club founders Rick Kopec and Ken Eber had ignored requests to properly follow the licensing agreement. We're now happy to report that Shelby and the SAAC have settled their differences and ended the legal battle. Details of the agreement are few and far between, but we're sure more information will come to light over the next few weeks.
