Ask, and ye shall receive: Autoblog ditches mouse-over categories!!!

We were so grateful for the overwhelmingly positive response to Autoblog's new site design when it debuted last May, though it quickly became apparent there was one small problem – those damned mouse-over drop down category menus at the top of the site. The way they flung open wildly every single time your mouse slid across them was irritating, frustrating and impractical to say the least.

They're gone. We ripped them out, crumpled them up and threw them in the trash. They've been replaced with much more obedient drop down category menus that are clickable, which means they don't slide down until you want them to. We've also tidied up the long list of links on the right side of the page that take you elsewhere in the Weblogs, Inc. Network. They're still there, but are now divided into main categories that will reveal their links only when clicked.

We're still listening to all of your suggestions for improvement, and appreciate that so many have taken the time to offer their opinion. Stay tuned for more upgrades coming in the near future that should make your time with us even more enjoyable.
