Al Gore in drag? Gay version of 'An Inconvenient Truth' encourages environmental awareness

A drag version of Al Gore's "An Inconvenient Truth" will be featured this weekend during Earth Hour festivities in Australia. Created by The Newtown Hotel, this show will be performed during the "blackout" in which non-essential lighting throughout Sydney is turned off. The drag show stars Vanessa Wagner (shown) and will be performed under light emitted from hundreds of mini flashlights in the audience. Some 40,000 residents have committed to Earth Hour. A sweepstakes offering a Prius as the main prize is helping draw interest to the activities.
