Abu Dhabi, the largest emirate and capital of the UAE, has ceased talks with Volkswagen regarding potentially purchasing a 9.8 percent stake in the German company. The parties could not agree on a price, which was VW was going to use to acquire a Dutch fleet management company called LeasePlan. In other news, Timbuktu has decided not to buy BMW, and Borneo won't be the primary shareholder for Alfa Romeo.
