Kia will recall 256,459 units of the 2014-2016 Kia Soul and Soul EV because potential separation in the steering assembly can cause drivers to lose control.

The Kia Soul – in both gasoline and electric variants – is being recalled due to accelerator pedals that may bend or break. A total of 208,858 vehicles are affected.
