Overview

The S8 is the performance-enhanced flagship of Audi's lineup. It is based on the A8 luxury sedan and features all the cutting edge innovation that Audi has to offer. The S8 is powered by a 563-hp 4.0-liter V8 bolted to an eight-speed Tiptronic transmission and Audi's quattro permanent all-wheel drive system. Leather upholstery, an Alcantara headliner, a heated leather steering wheel, and sport pedals are some of the upgraded interior features. Tech options include voice controlled navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, a mobile hotspot, 360-degree cameras and a 17-speaker Bang & Olufsen Sound System. Safety features include cruise control, front and rear parking sensors, Audi pre sense lane forward collision mitigation, lane departure warning and ten airbags. For 2020 the S8 gets a few minor changes to packages and options.
