Own this Red Bull F1 car for less than an Aventador

Red Bull dominated several recent years of Formula One racing, even if its performance has not been able to match the Mercedes squad in 2014. Now, there's a chance to own a part of the team's racing history – an example of the RB3 from 2007. The seller believes this is the only privately owned car from Red Bull with an actual race history, and it can be yours for about the price of a Lamborghini Aventador.

This RB3 is currently for sale on Racecars Direct in the UK priced at 250,000 pounds ($400,000). According to the seller, Mark Webber drove this example in the first five races of the 2007 season. However, the car wasn't exactly a superstar on the track in its day – Webber finished in 13th place, 10th place and had three retirements over that span.

While not the pinnacle of Red Bull racing history, the Adrian Newey-designed model comes with a long list of spare parts including extra noses, front and rear wings, engine covers, body panels and wheels. The RB3 is certainly going to be faster around the track than just about any supercar imaginable, even if the actual process of getting the car to a circuit and keeping it maintained is probably going to be a rather expensive undertaking.
