Toyota Motor is considering adding three to six months to the development cycle for a variety of new projects in an effort to address the quality problems that have dogged the company in recent months.
A Wall Street Journal article identified the next Sienna minivan, Solara coupe and Avalon sedan as three models that could be delayed, although a company spokesperson would not comment on specific product plans.
Analysts don't expect a significant financial impact from Toyota's quality issues.
