Ford Syn-US generates social commentary

The Detroit Free Press says the Ford concept vehicle Syn-US is drawing large crowds at the Detroit Auto Show. The public can't seem to take their eyes off the boxy small car. This story discusses the angle of the security and entertainment aspects in the Syn-US relating to age of buyers. While it's an interesting take, our best guess is that even if 50 percent of people will be living in large cities by 2010 that doesn't mean those cities will be violent enough to warrant bullet proof glass, armor and big screen LCD screens (which will attract bullets, violent criminals).
