The Fisker Karma might look good from the outside, but the view from the driver's seat is anything but infotaining.


While we normally don't care whether or not Justin Bieber wakes up and takes a breath each morning, it is unfortunate news when the teen pop idol is gifted a six-figure plug-in hybrid produced by one of the world's best designers, and then proceeds to wrap it in chrome, stick on some fuscia LEDs and drive it around on giant black wheels.


The Fisker Karma is the automotive embodiment of both Marilyn Monroe and Rodney Dangerfield. Marilyn because it's damn sexy, with lots of wonderful curves in all the right places, and Mr. Dangerfield because, well, it gets no respect, no respect at all. There are good reasons for both of these personifications.


Following in the footsteps of Leonardo DiCaprio and whoever Ashton Kutcher plays on Two And A Half Man, the just-turned-18 Justin Bieber is ready to roll in a Fisker Karma. The teen pop star appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show today and was surprised by his manager with the plug-in hybrid birthday present. His manager, Scooter Braun, told him on the show:
