Overview

The Genesis G80 is a four-door luxury sedan with seating for five passengers that's been designed to offer the luxury appointments of much more expensive cars, for less. Customers can select front-wheel, or all-wheel drive in all trim levels. The G80 is powered by one of three engines, a 311-hp 3.8-liter V6, a 365-hp 3.3-liter V6 or a 420-hp 5.0-liter V8, all three engines are mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. Standard features include power folding, heated mirrors, fully automatic Bi-Xenon headlights, 18-inch aluminum wheels, heated leather power front seats with driver's side memory, dual-zone automatic climate control, satellite radio, push button start and more. The 3.3T Sport and 5.0-liter Ultimate trims add a power trunk, panoramic sunroof, 19-inch wheels, Surround View Monitor cameras, LED fog lights, ventilated front seats with additional power adjustments for the driver's seat and heads-up display. Tech features such as a HomeLink garage door transmitter, Bluetooth, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, 17 Lexicon speakers, a 9.2 inch touchscreen display and integrated navigation with voice activation come standard depending on trim. Available safety features include Parking Distance Warning, Lane Keep Assist, Blind Spot Collision Warning, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, Driver Attention Alert and Genesis Connected Services vehicle tracker with slow down. The Genesis G80 carries over with minimal changes for 2020.
