Overview

The five-passenger Nissan Altima combines performance and an attractive exterior. The Altima sedan is powered by either a 2.5-litre 188-hp 4-cylinder engine or Nissans new 2.0-litre Variable Compression (VC) Turbocharged engine producing 248-hp. Either choice is mated to a CVT transmission for smooth driving and increasing fuel economy. New for 2019, an all-wheel-drive version is now available. There are 5 trim levels to choose from - S, SR, SV, SL and Platinum. Notable standard features include 8-way power seats, satellite radio, an 8-inch LCD monitor and keyless entry with push-button start. Standard safety features include forward collision mitigation, driver attention alert and 10 airbags. Available safety features include parking sensors, blind spot sensor, rear collision mitigation as well as speed limit sign recognition. The Altima is all-new for 2019.
