Lincoln and Buick living the high life after finishing tops in CSI Study

In J.D. Power’s Customer Service Index (CSI) Study, Lincoln and Buick finally trumped perennial front-runners Lexus and Infiniti. The survey essentially gauges the way customers are treated at dealerships from both quality and satisfaction standpoints. Lincoln is rocking a new subsidized maintenance program, and improved vehicle quality has helped keep owners out of dealerships in the first place. Other points of interest from the CSI Study: Toyota finished well below average, which has been the case for the brand ever since the study put its focus on customer handling. Audi and Jaguar showed the most improvement, with MINI and VW also finishing above average. Nissan, Mitsubishi, Hyundai and Subaru all finished below average, and, not at all shockingly, Land Rover was the only luxury marque to score below average. Way to fail, Land Rover.
