I was hoping for something a little more creative as far as body styling. I'm very dissapointed. I'll probably stick with BMW until someone makes a car that is better looking. Why do all hybrids have to look like ass?
This about the future...energy conservation and leaving some of it for those who come after us.You want glamor and superficiality turn on the Boob Tube and see what the plastic world is driving!
Styling is of little importance. The Prius is one of the ugliest cars ever created and yet demand is still higher than supply. This car is better looking than the Prius and is a better car. PLUG IN POWER!! that is what this car is about and not about style. Its about saving money at the gas pump and not about looking as cool/yuppie as you would in a BMW. lol
To all you Greenies who won't buy it unless it's ugly and all you NASCAR nerds who won't buy it because it is ugly, get a life! In a time and world where things like partical beam generators, iphone tech, and great tasting hybrid sweet corn are being created, why can't a totally clean, cheap way of conveying our buts around be made! This car looks like everyother car on the road. Will it be cheap to operate? I doubt it. Will it be cheap to buy? You all know the answer to that! So, why are they building it now? Because all you boneheads out there have finally jumped on the bandwagon to save the Mother Earth. If you really want to save Mom for future generations get after countries like China, India, Mexico and ...ah hell, the rest of the world to clean-up their act. (Pissss... it is ugly!)
I have to agree with casey... I remember when general motors set the standard...now they are chasing the standard ...like a dog chasing their tail .. they are just not going anywhere...but you would think with all that pretty brain power in the picts..how come only guys come up with this s....look around guys ..do you see what your competition is! before the bankruptcy courts tell you what it is...
Nice picture of men, where are the cars? What about the price? A Toyota prius may get 45 MPG, but the cost is $7000 more than a Honda Fit which ends up providing a much lower cost per mile with a conventional engine and no batteries. Again GM shows their stupidity in marketing cars in a way that draws consumer. Next they will show the car climbing over 2 foot boulders to show its rugedness.
Make the battery snap in and snap out and sell with optional spare battery. It's 40 miles to work and 40 miles back. I'll charge em both with my windmill (fact).

If I had to guess, I would say Tony Posawatz's tie is circa 1996

Wow. How many douche bags does it take to produce this ugly car.
Is there any question why GM is bleeding money and going bankrupt?

GM's savior. The demand for this attractive, innovative car will way outstrip supply. Hope Chevy is ready for the onslaught of customers.
