The 2026 Toyota Sienna in a Nutshell

The Siena replaced the egg-like (and ironically iconic) Previa in 1998, and has since been a solid seller for Toyota in the minivan market. Sure, minivans don’t sell as much as crossovers and SUVs, but it’s a hugely competitive segment that always sees it, the Honda Odyssey, and Chrysler Pacifica jockeying for the number one sales title.

We’re now in the fourth generation of the Sienna, and it was introduced in 2020 for the 2021 model year. It hasn’t received a major facelift just yet, but it has benefited from several rolling changes over the years. For 2026, the minivan gets a few additional standard features in the lower trims, along with more options higher up the range.

2026 Toyota Sienna Lease Deals for January

This month, just one trim of the Sienna gets a lease deal, but it’s a promo that’s definitely worth considering. So, parents, how much to lease a 2026 Sienna LE this January? That would be $349 per month for 39 months with $4,999 due at signing. That makes it less expensive than the Kia Carnival and Honda Odyssey, and about on par with the Chrysler Pacifica.

That rate is based on 10,000 miles per year, and there it’s $0.15 per mile for all mileage over that. This offer is valid until February 2, 2026.

2026 Toyota Sienna Highlights

For base prices, the Sienna ranges from $40,120 to $57,510 with six trims to choose from. Part of the 2026 changes include the addition of a power tailgate in the base LE trim, as well as upgrades to the audio systems across the board. All come with dual-sliding doors, tri-zone climate control, wireless phone connectivity, and Toyota Safety Sense advanced driver assists.

Above the LE is the XLE with hands-free power sliding doors and a sunroof, while the XSE adds a bit of a sporting flavor to the minivan. Go for the Limited, and that one gets a 12-speaker JBL audio system, leather, and a larger digital instrument cluster. Meanwhile, the Woodland Edition gives the minivan all-wheel drive as standard, a little more ground clearance, and all-terrain tires. At the top is the Platinum, which has nearly every option ticked that literally includes a mini-fridge and a vacuum.

The Sienna holds the distinction of being the only one in its class with the option of having hybrid power mated to all-wheel drive. Regardless of trim, all Siennas are powered by a 2.5-liter hybrid mill that’s good for 245 hp combined with the engine alone producing 176 lb-ft of torque.

Final Thoughts

Minivans aren’t exactly the coolest genre of vehicle around, but when it comes to outright practicality for the family, these things are hard to beat. And in the world of minivans, the Sienna quite possibly sits at the top of its class. Affordable lease deals aside, the Sienna offers solid value at the lower end of the range, well-equipped, spacious, and incredibly efficient.

It also helps that all-wheel drive is optional on most trims (Woodland gets it standard), so those in snowy climes don’t have to compromise practicality and extra traction. As a minivan, it’s hard to fault, and it’s most definitely worth taking one out for a test drive before buying.
