Pics Aplenty: 20 new Porsche Panamera photos pop up online

Click above for high-res image gallery of the Porsche Panamera
Nearly two dozen more photos of the Porsche Panamera have emerged following the first official pics that arrived late last week. The latest images show a rear-wheel-drive, 400-hp 4.8-liter Panamera S (in graphite), an all-wheel-drive Panamera 4S with optional PCCB ceramic brakes (in blue) and the 500-hp Panamera Turbo (in silver). We'll assume the Panamera Turbo, like the current 911 Turbo, will also be fitted with permanent AWD. The adaptive HID headlights, LED tail lamps and four bucket seats are also clearly visible in the photography. We are also catching glimpses of an optional roof rack, fitted luggage and the Turbo's trick rear spoiler. It appears that the floodgates have apparently opened on the Porsche Panamera -- of course, we'll keep adding images to our gallery as they arrive.

I still think they could have done a better job with the roofline.

From the side it still looks like a stretched turtle. Other views look okay though.

You say it like it's a bad thing ...
Would a stretched turtle really be that bad?

er....that's what she said?

I hate to say it, but it's growing on me very fast. The front and front 3/4 profile are very good. Thouse four bucket seats look great, and the trunk seems quite usable. Mostly, the rear is looking less ghastly every time. This thing is going to sell very well. I wonder, though, if it'll pull from the 7 series buyers or Flying Spur.

This is Porsche's plan- introduce the exterior so it can grow on people. Then, just when you start to like the exterior pics, they will release the interior pics, inducing another wave of nausea transforming into tolerance, turning into appeal.

Damnit, you're right, i forgot about the horrid cluster inside the car. NM.

Zamafir, don't be fooled by the Photoshop polish...

They can keep throwing new pics at me, but it won't help me change my mind
BTW I'm a huge Porsche lover, but not this one.

Exactly what I was thinking.
Look for the Panamera in Wayne's World III

Why is EVERY car company adding the slits/gills/details/vents whatever you want to call them behind the front fenders??!! It is not working and makes it look like they are trying too hard.

It looks fine until the rear 1/3 of the car and then it gets awkward and ugly. I notice most of the pictures do not show the rear so I think they know it is not the most flattering part of the car. I have seen some new Acura TLs on the road--so this will sell since there is no accounting for taste.

it is definitely growing on me, but the expanding rear spoiler on pic 26 looks ugly.

Does the hood look like a C6 Vette to anyone else?

it's growing on me too, but then i think of other luxury cars and it's back to square one with the Panamera building rapport with me.
