In a story too bizarre not to be true a man in South Miami drove his Mercury Cougar through a
parking garage wall (pictured here) down six stories to the ground. The driver reportedly told police he was trying to
kill himself. Here’s the story: He puts the car in reverse, floors it, hits the wall, falls 60 feet and somehow lands
upright! Those Cougars must have one heck of a suspension system. The idiot…I mean driver was airlifted to the hospital
but only had minor injuries because, drum roll please, he was wearing his seat belt. When he gets that hospital bill
he’ll be looking for a taller garage.
