Wolfgang Bernhard is moving up in
the world. Volkswagen’s wunderkind will see his job description expand from being head of VW to being in
charge of production of all the company’s brands, including Audi, Bentley,
Bugatti, Lamborghini, SEAT and Skoda. Martin Winterkorn, who currently heads Audi, will head development of all
the brands. The plan still awaits board approval, but we don’t forsee any hiccups that would prevent it.
