Flint breaks down sales numbers

Jerry Flint does an excellent job at taking the first three months
of sales figures and applying them to his own analysis of the industry as of right now. Seeing the numbers next to his
comments is an interesting way of presenting hard fact. But the interesting numbers come in the minivan segment. I
didn’t realize Chrysler had such a huge lead in the minivan segment. 101,514 vehicles to Honda’s 38,829 being the next
closest. All four of GM’s new vans equal 29,976 while Ford has just 26,131. Maybe both Ford and GM should go the
alternative minivan route.
