Metro Networks, the traffic data people, announced Tuesday their Top 10 list of the Worst Holiday Traffic Tie-ups.
Plan your trip accordingly! Here they are:
New York City – Throgs Neck Bridge and Whitestone Bridge
Los Angeles – I-5 northbound through Van Nuys and Castaic, and southbound through Orange County
Chicago – Borman Expressway and the Tri-State Tollway (Bonus! The Tollway is under construction!)
Philadelphia – I-476 heading to the Pocono Mountains.
San Francisco – Eastbound I-80 through Sacramento to Tahoe.
Boston — Westbound Massachusetts Turnpike from downtown Boston to Interstate 84 in Sturbridge.
Dallas — Highway 121 between the Dallas North Tollway and Preston Road in Frisco.
Washington DC — Southbound Interstate 95 from Springfield, MD through Fredericksburg, VA.
Atlanta — Interstate 285 between I-75 and I-85.
Detroit — Northbound US 23/Interstate 75 Merge.
