Nissan may bring X-Trail compact SUV to U.S.

I’m talking about the next-generation X-Trail here, OK? So just keep your pants on. It won’t be making its presence felt in these United States until 2005, when the 2006 model is introduced. Although, strangely, the current-gen X-Trail will be made purchasable in Canada later this year. Right now the X-Trail competes with the likes of the Toyota RAV4  and Honda CR-V in Nissan’s Asian and European markets. It’s too bad that Mercedes already scooped up X-tina for their ad campaign, as the Dirrrrty One would look so hot driving around in a pint-sized SUV.
