NightRiders drive drunks home, avoid K.I.T.T. jokes

Some seriously bright college entrepreneurs came up with the brilliant idea of NightRiders, a company that drives
drunk people home in their own cars. The NightRider drives a small, motorized bike that can fold up and fit in a car
trunk. To us the idea of a stranger driving us home when we’re intoxicated sounds like a safety hazard but I bet when
you’re drunk it makes perfect sense. Seriously though, it’s as safe as getting into a cab more or less, as long as the
drivers have clean records. The company has a number of fans/clients in its home base of Boulder, Colorado where it
seems a lot of people enjoy drinking heavily. There’s a sister company called DayRiders that drives folks home from the
hospital or doctor’s office if they’re unable to. Sorry we can’t locate a website for the company.
