When it comes to welding projects at home or in the garage, a portable welding machine can seriously be a game changer. No matter if you’re fixing a cracked exhaust on your car, fabricating small metal parts, or tackling custom DIY builds, having a welder that’s compact yet capable makes the job easier and safer. Handheld welders offer an ideal balance of convenience and control, giving beginners the confidence to learn and professionals the power to move freely between tasks. And we found a great deal on a solid unit at Amazon.
Right now, you can get the Plowic Portable Handheld Welder for just $80, a huge 50% discount of its regular $160 price. Despite its 3.7-pound weight, it packs up to 120 amps of adjustable output through an IGBT inverter system, giving clean welds across carbon steel, stainless steel, and iron. It runs on 110V household power, supporting rods from 1/16 to 1/8 inch thick, and includes hot start and anti-stick features to help ensure smoother arcs and fewer stalls. This setup makes it useful for light automotive work, equipment maintenance, or quick metal repairs around the house.

Everything you need to start welding is included right out of the box.
