If you’ve ever struggled to remove the lug nuts from the tires on a car, truck, or SUV with a lug wrench, you know how frustrating it can be. Trying to tackle this task by hand isn’t always easy, especially when these lug nuts have been tightened for years. Walmart has an impact wrench that makes tightening and loosening stubborn lug nuts and other fasteners easier, and it’s currently on sale for over 40% off as part of the retailer’s Black Friday Deals promotion.
The Gped 20V Cordless Impact Wrench typically sells for $80, but for a limited time, you can secure one at Walmart for just $42. You can choose between a blue or a yellow model at this deeply discounted price.

The first thing you will notice about this impact wrench is that it’s surprisingly powerful, thanks to its brushless motor. It’s capable of delivering up to 280 ft-lbs of torque and reaching up to 3,000 RPM, enabling it to quickly tighten and loosen nuts and bolts with next to no effort on your part. It also features two distinct speed settings and a variable-speed trigger, allowing you to take complete control over how much power it puts out. Additionally, it comes with a pair of 3.0Ah batteries designed to last for up to 500 charging cycles, and at under 4 pounds, it’s lightweight enough for almost anyone to use comfortably.
A 1/2-inch impact wrench isn’t the only thing you will receive when you take advantage of this sale, either. It also includes five impact sockets, eight drill bits, a 1/4-inch hex adapter, and a convenient carrying case to keep everything well-organized and make the deal that much sweeter.
“It’s easy to use and has a good design,” one reviewer wrote. “It was a great purchase for the price, and it gets me out of trouble when changing a tire on my truck.”
“It’s a powerful and reliable tool,” another shopper added. “It easily handles tire changes, rusted bolts, and lawn mower maintenance. It’s a fantastic tool for day-to-day tasks.”
