Ken Block and AJ Allmendinger do the burnout thing – Click above to watch video after the jump

Ford has released the fifth video in its 43 Fiestas series, and this time Ken Block and AJ Allmendinger have gone head-to-head to see who can do the best burnout. As always, Richard Petty himself is on hand to oversee the festivities. While you'd think Allmendinger's ridiculous V8-powered, rear-wheel drive NASCAR beast would be the de facto champion of lighting 'em up, Block's wee rally-sped Fiesta held its own this time *ahem* around. The Gymkhana champ fell back on his signature pirouette-around-a-fixed-object move to win an approving nod from the King himself. Not too shabby.

This latest stunt is one in a series leading up to a massive prize giveaway that includes tickets to the Ford 300 Nationwide and Ford 400 NASCAR races and flat-screen televisions. Ford will also give one lucky winner the keys to a 2011 Ford Fiesta, and if the company happens to take the win at the Ford 400, it will give 43 lucky winners their own unique Fiesta. You can head over to the 43 Fiestas site for more details, and hop the jump for a look at the video.

I would like to give it a go in either one!

If anyone that says "I wouldn't touch the NASCAR car" is either full of it or just a snob!

I will enter their contest if I can win a car just like Block's. AWD 600+hp included.

This. It bothers me that they're going to give away a lame Fiesta after constantly teasing everyone with Ken's sick awd setup.

AWD. Buku HP. Legit suspension setup. Build it puhleeeease!

If they pulled that on me I'd be headed to the nearest dealership to trade it in...

        Circuit de Gilles Villeneuve
        Road America
        Infineon
        Watkins Glen

What was that about them not being able to turn right?

        @Elmo

Have you ever watched a NASCAR road race? It's like watching children go around the track in bumper cars. Slam a wall here, sideswipe someone there...it's comical.

        Correction:
        4 smoking tires > 2 smoking tires

Dinger by far. Ken Block just drifts around A.J., that's not a burnout. If you want to see and actual good burnout donut, see any of Alex Zanardi's or Justin Wilson's.

even nascar's burnouts are boring...always to the left..

      kenny FTW!!!

I've never done donuts in an AWD car but it sure looks like fun! That said, I can do donuts with my eyes closed in my Cobra but my guess is doing them in an AWD car takes a decent amount of finesse. Plus, the AWD donuts just look more impressive too. Block FTW!!

Why is Richard Petty with two Ford vehicles? I thought he was a Chrysler guy.

      Ken all the way!

By the way, did anyone else's anti-virus freak out when they tried to access the 43 Fiestas site?
