Auto shows give carmakers the opportunity to present the public with their finest models, flaunting their sumptuous lines and pretty faces. (Sometimes they also display a few cars, too.) In this regard some shows are better than others, but this year in Geneva – sounding as it does like an anagram of a female body part (Mulva?) – we feasted our eyes on some of the most jaw-droppingly, show-stoppingly gorgeous models of any show in recent memory. Tough as the task was, we were dutifully at the scene – lenses a-zoomin' and flashbulbs a-flashin' – to capture the best for you, our loyal readers.
The Italians impressed as they always do, and we fell in love with Maserati's sassy covergirl at least as easily as we did with their new GranTurismo. But the biggest surprise came courtesy of Korean carmakers Kia and Hyundai. Check out the high-resolution image gallery below to see the pretty faces of Abath, Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Fiat, Italdesign, Kia, Lamborghini, Lotus, Maserati, Opel, Rinspeed, Spyker, Stola and Tramontana, without whom these poor webloggers couldn't get a smile or a gaze out of girls like these.

"HOW ABOUT SOME MORE DIVERSITY?"
I hear what you're saying, but the reality is that you've got companies like Ferrari/Porsche/Lamborghini etc that are selling an image, and since their demographic for the higher end (plus $100k) sports car models are mainly middle aged men, young beautiful women are the eye candy. I firmly believe that this practice whether done by motorcycle magazines or vendors at international car shows not only want to use the "sex sells" method, but to showcase something beautiful with something beautiful...it's symbolism with a double meaning, you know? Anyway, I agree. As much as I love women, it can definitely be a little narrow on focus when it comes to promotion.

The tall burnette looks like she could use a steak or three. :P

Cars and girls.
Doesn't get much better than that, I say.

Does Brazil have auto shows? Any handful of girls on their beach would blow these girls out of the water, trust me! I guess I'll only be sightseeing in Europe. At least until I reach Germany, Italy. Maybe England?

To: Girls of Chicago Auto Show - you got owned! Not that I'm surprised or anything...

Toe de Camel seems to be a major theme.
A few of those "girls" have adam's apples bigger than Ann Coulter's.
The girl on the left in the 3rd photo (alfa?) is the hands-down hottest. phew!

A bunch of c-list models. Yawn. And I can't say I have much respect for a woman who chooses to make a living standing next to things.

Alfa Romeo had the best collection of models. The Ferrari model looked scary. The last model with the black hair looked really nice.
Overall, good eye candy, I shouldn't complain, but I can find better looking women when I walk down the street. So, out of generosity, you guys can have them. :)

Car show? Sorry, were there any cars at Geneva, my mind was wandering.

Blitz - I figure BOB is just stirring the pudding. Pretty girls + show cars is the tradition. I doubt you would see any manufacturers with a bunch of bowsers on their stands - unless you count the mechanical type. The real stars of the show are supposed to be the cars, not the girls.

Man to geneva we go! I guess I gotta get girls on my site!

Calling these women "girls" is a real stretch of the imagination. More like "The Grannies of Geneva."
