From Trionfo to Derecho, Now Comes Anima

Pagani has completed its Huayra 70 trilogy by revealing the Huayra 70 Anima. This unique car joins the other two special editions, marking the end of the founder’s 70th birthday celebration. For fans of manual transmissions, this model includes one as well.

The Huayra 70 series began with the Trionfo, built by Pagani’s Grandi Complicazioni team. Next up was the Huayra 70 Derecho, which showed off at Goodwood earlier this year. This one mixed Pearl Orange with deep Inky Blue for maximum visual drama. But the real headline was under the hood: an 864-horsepower twin-turbo V12 and a seven-speed manual.

Now, the trilogy is complete. Pagani just dropped the Huayra 70 Anima at the Wynn Las Vegas Concours, giving us one last, very different take on the Huayra formula. ‘Anima’ means soul in Italian, and this one definitely has its own vibe.

Early Details of the Huayra 70 Anima

The Anima stands out with deep metallic blue paint, exposed carbon fiber, and just enough silver and light-blue accents to keep things interesting. It’s an open-top, with sculpted bodywork wrapping the cockpit and roll hoops that look ready for anything.

Up front, the Anima sports a low nose, gaping air intakes, and a splitter that means business. The sides show off wild aero, beefy rear haunches, and a rear wing that refuses to be ignored. Out back, there’s more exposed carbon, an angry diffuser, and a six-pipe exhaust setup that looks ready to wake the neighbors.

Inside, it’s a blue-and-white affair. White leather wraps the seats and most of the cockpit, with blue accents popping up everywhere. Exposed machined aluminum is scattered across the dash, steering wheel, and center console. As always, Pagani’s switchgear is a work of art – every piece looks like it belongs in a jewelry case.

The Anima keeps it old-school with three pedals and a manual shifter, complete with exposed linkage so you can watch the mechanical magic happen. The gear lever matches the blue-and-white theme, and a plaque reminds you this is number 3 of 3 – so don’t expect to see another one at Cars and Coffee.

Availability and Pricing Remain Under Wraps

Pagani’s keeping the Anima’s full specs under wraps for now, but it’s likely packing the same Mercedes-AMG 6.0-liter twin-turbo V12 as the Derecho. That means 864 hp, 811 pound-feet of torque, and all of it going to the rear wheels through a seven-speed manual. We’ll update when Pagani spills more details.

Like its siblings, the Huayra 70 Anima is a one-off, not something you’ll see at your local dealership. Pagani’s Grandi Complicazioni team handled the build, as usual for these ultra-bespoke projects.

No official price yet, but with all the custom work, rare materials, and one-of-one status, you can bet the sticker shock will be real. As for availability, this one’s spoken for, and with Anima rounding out the Huayra 70 trio, don’t expect any more to pop up with this badge.
