Most of the press is reporting that Fiat is going to ensure that the sale that has been looming in GM’s rear-view
mirror is valid by going to court next week. GM has said that they have plenty of lawyers that will hold off any
possible sale for years to come. This all comes while both parties have been saving millions by borrowing platforms and
diesels from each other. GM is in no shape to take the billions of dollars of debt that a forced sale of Fiat would
