Garages have a tendency to magnify the temperature outside. During the summer, they can feel like ovens, at least until you open the garage door and throw on a fan. During the winter, they can feel like an icebox, and opening the door obviously makes things worse. At this time of year, a garage heater is the only way to spend time in your garage without freezing. Luckily, even though Black Friday is more than a week away, Walmart has a great (and smart) heater on sale at a steep discount.
The Ktaxon Smart Electric Garage Heater is $120 at Walmart right now, 42% off its normal $208 price tag. That price is good on the 7,500-watt model, but there are also 5,000-, 6,000-, and 10,000-watt options on sale, albeit for lesser discounts.
Ktaxon Smart Electric Garage Heater, $120 (was $208) at Walmart
This 7,500-watt heater can keep an area up to 1,200 square feet nice and toasty, with an adjustable temperature range from 45 to 95 degrees Fahrenheit. It’s a 240-volt unit, so it does need to be hardwired. Inside there’s a series of metal heating tubes and a fan that pushes air over them and out into your garage. It comes with a mounting bracket that allows for multiple vertical angles, so you can aim the adjustable louvres wherever you’d like. There’s a control panel on the front of the unit and a remote control, but you can also control this WiFi-equipped unit with a smartphone app for the ultimate convenience.
“This heater is great,” wrote one typically enthusiastic shopper. “It was super easy to wire and has some nice features. I really like how I can control and monitor the heater from my phone.”
Another shopper wrote “This is an amazing heater. I have a large two car garage on the water, so winter is very cold. However, this little heater rocked it out like a pro.”
Santa shouldn’t be the only one with a winter workshop, so snag a Ktaxon Smart Electric Garage Heater to make your garage nice and toasty when temperatures drop. For just $120, we’d expect these heaters to sell quickly, so make sure you get yours before time runs out on this deal.
