Are you tired of digging through your tool box or tool bag every time you need a specific Allen wrench for an auto repair or DIY project? Rather than relying on a set of loose Allen wrenches that can easily get lost over time, pick up a folding hex key set to keep these tiny tools close by when you need them most.
The Craftsman Hex Key Set will put all the Allen wrenches you need into the palm of your hand, and for a limited time, you can buy it for almost 40% off at Amazon. The retailer normally sells the trio of hex key sets for $24, but it’s currently on sale for just $15, its lowest price over the last 90 days.
Rare DealEach hex key set in this 3-pack is just under 7 inches long and weighs about 1 pound, making it easy to tuck into your pocket while you work, so it’s always handy. At the same time, each one manages to jam-pack 25 hex keys into its compact frame, providing you with a full complement of metric, SAE, and Torx star sizes. Additionally, each set has a durable composite construction and rubber side inserts to help you maintain a strong, secure grip.
“These sets solved every problem I’ve been having with Allen wrenches,” one reviewer wrote. “I was sick of small Allen wrenches falling to the bottom of my tool bag and forcing me to dig them out for jobs.”
A professional mechanic also weighed in on these sets, suggesting they’re an excellent investment for anyone who routinely works on cars. “I’m a Master Certified Automotive Technician, and I was impressed when I bought these,” they wrote. “They’re durable, work well, and easy to find.”
Top SellerNot sure if you really need to invest in three hex key sets at once? The DeWalt Folding Hex Key Set is another great option for those looking for a high-quality hex key set. More specifically, it’s ideal for anyone shopping for a set that includes a wide range of Torx star sizes rather than metric and SAE sizes. At just under 10 ounces, it’s also lighter than the Craftsman option, making it even easier to carry and earning it tons of rave reviews.
“I’ve bought some very expensive Allen wrenches, but inevitably, one by one, they get misplaced,” one reviewer wrote. “No more! This DeWalt tool is ingenious. It puts a full array of these wrenches into one well-engineered set.”
The DeWalt Folding Hex Key Set normally costs $20 but is on sale for $17 at Amazon.
