According to a recent survey, over 50% of American drivers visit gas stations to fill underinflated tires. Another 30% head to auto dealerships or repair shops to have air added to their tires when the tire-pressure lights appear on their dashboards. And while it’s a good idea for people to get air into their tires in whichever ways they can when they’re running low, we have to wonder why they’re turning to these options when tire inflators are more accessible, not to mention more affordable, than ever before.
If you’re still riding around in a car without a tire inflator tucked away in the trunk, consider taking advantage of all the options currently available for deeply discounted prices during Amazon’s Big Spring Sale. The Auxbeam Tire Inflator, for example, retails for $70 regularly, but you can buy it for just $25 right now, a savings of over 60%.
64% OffEquipped with a 4,000mAh large-capacity rechargeable battery, this tire inflator can run for nearly half an hour, allowing you to bring four tires back up to an acceptable level on a single charge. It can raise a car tire from 30 PSI to 36 PSI in just 1 minute, and it also offers motorcycle, bicycle, and ball modes for greater versatility.
The thing we appreciate most about this tire inflator, though, is its large LCD screen, which displays real-time tire pressure using the device’s built-in digital gauge. You can set it to your desired pressure, watch the screen to see its progress, and let it continue to run until it reaches the proper pressure and automatically turns off.
“For the price, I’m impressed with this tire inflator,” one reviewer wrote. “It’s very modern and amazingly powerful for its size.”
“It’s compact, easy to use, and very convenient to keep in a vehicle,” another shopper added. “It’s a solid and reliable tire inflator that’s great for regular maintenance and emergencies.”
