If you spend lots of time tinkering, the arrival of winter is unwelcome. Cold temperatures outside make for unpleasant conditions inside the garage, basement, shed, or whatever other space you use as a workshop. A space heater is the solution to this problem, and right now Walmart has a great one with a huge discount.
The Atupen 1,500-Watt Space Heater is on sale for $30 at Walmart, 75% off its normal $120 price tag. That’s obviously a big price cut on its face, but the stats and reviews of this space heater point to what really makes it a great deal: it’s a very good space heater.
Atupen 1,500-Watt Space Heater, $30 (was $120) at Walmart
Inside this compact unit there is a positive temperature coefficient ceramic heating element and a high-speed fan that are powerful enough to quickly heat up to 200 square feet. The onboard digital thermostat can be set, using the control panel or included remote control, to any temperature between 59 and 95 degrees Fahrenheit, and there’s an eco mode that turns off the heater when it gets toasty enough. It also has 70 degrees of oscillation to cover a wide area. It operates at less than 40 dB, roughly the volume of a refrigerator, and has safety features like tip-over and overheat protection, a safety plug, and flame-retardant materials.
“This is the best space heater I have ever owned!” one shopper wrote. “It works extremely well, is quiet, has a remote, and even oscillates!”
Another shopper called it a “compact yet powerful” heater that’s also “quiet in comparison to space heaters I’ve owned in the past.”
The chance to get an Atupen 1,500-Watt Space Heater for $30 is one that no one living somewhere cold who spends time in an unheated space should miss out on. Do yourself a favor and pick one up before they sell out.
