A one-of-a-kind treasure
We don’t know exactly how many Ferrari 488s were made, nor has Ferrari released exactly how many of them were the convertible ‘Spider’ variant. Some estimates put the combined total at as few as 10,000, while others estimate the combined total to be north of 20,000 for the five-year production run from 2015 to 2020. What we do know is that only four “Force Of Nature” editions were put out by Ferrari’s Tailor-Made department, one-of-a-kind for each element. This particular ‘Earth’ car was actually listed on Bring a Trailer about a year ago, in February 2025, and is available once more for a limited time!

Reconnect with the Earth
This one-of-a-kind, series-of-four Ferrari 488 Spider is grounded in a lovely shade of Dark Green Metallic and comes with both the Carbon Fiber Exterior and Carbon Fiber Racing packages. It also sports stylish Bianco Dreamline livery, which breaks off from a point on the hood just above the Ferrari prancing horse, into a steep V back over the top of the cabin, and then back around to form a bar along the back end.
A pair of sport exhausts poke out of the rear bumper, while up front, bright xenon headlights with Adaptive Front-lighting System (AFS) give maximum visibility on turns. A body-color retractable hard top sits up top, and the whole body has been covered in a clear coat of protective film that was applied in spring 2022. All four wheels are 20″ five-split-spoke alloy wheels that are shod in Bridgestone tires.

Moving into the interior
The inside of this Spider is two-tone, with the oversized Goldrake racing seats upholstered in Peccary Beige leather, while the headrests are green embroidered with a black center stripe. Glossy Verde Bottiglia carbon-fiber adorns the dashboard, center console, and door panels, while black carpeting with green floor mats covers the floors. Dual-zone automatic climate control ensures both driver and passenger are comfortable, while a nifty badge placed between the seats shows this as the “Earth” part of the “Force of Nature” series of vehicles.
The tri-spoke steering wheel is covered in black and Peccary Beige leather, the same as the seats, while the same Glossy Verde Bottiglia carbon fiber from the rest of the interior is also featured. Behind the wheel sits a 0,000 rpm tachometer, and all other vehicle information can be accessed by the two multifunction displays.

Two turbos are better than one!
In the back sits a 3.9L (238 ci) V8 with not one but two turbochargers. In ideal conditions, it is capable of putting out 661 horsepower and 561 lb-ft of torque. Pushing all that power to the rear wheels is a seven-speed F1 dual-clutch automatic transaxle, which combines the transmission, differential, and rear axles into one assembly. An optional suspension lift was installed as part of the special edition, which is integrated with an SCM-E magnetorheological suspension control system. All four corners feature ceramic-composite discs with black calipers, and the odometer reads a mere 105 miles!

Final thoughts: Don’t miss your chance with this extremely rare Ferrari
Ferrari 488 Spiders are already a respectable, collectable model with a lot of power and performance, and with a moderate-to-rare number of examples produced. This special edition run is in a whole other league, with only one “Earth” edition in the four-season series ever having been made. With just over 100 miles on the odometer, it is effectively brand new despite being seven years old. It’s already been through Bring a Trailer once before, but there’s no guarantee it will be here again, so don’t miss your chance to check out the auction before it’s gone!
