We obsessively covered the 2018 Detroit Auto Show

Trucks, trucks, and more trucks. But don’t worry, there’s a lot more to the Detroit Auto Show than pickups.

The Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV (FCA) 2019 Ram 1500 Limited pickup truck is unveiled during the 2018 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit, Michigan, U.S., on Monday, Jan. 15, 2018. After auto executives spent years trying to convince the world they can beat Silicon Valley to electric cars and autonomous driving, they are finally getting a chance to crow once again about what they do best: trucks. Each of the hometown brands will pull the cover off of a new flatbed, while at least three of the luxury brands roll out new SUVs. Photographer: Daniel Acker/Bloomberg via Getty Images

Yes, the 2018 Detroit Auto Show is a showcase for the latest and greatest American pickup trucks, like the 2019 Ford Ranger, 2019 Ram 1500, and 2019 Chevy Silverado. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t anything to interest those with nothing to haul.

Mercedes brought along its luxurious G-Class SUV, Volkswagen looks to entice sedan buyers with a brand-new Jetta, and Infiniti and Lexus pulled the covers of some hot new concept vehicles. And there’s plenty more where those came from. Check out all of our Detroit Auto Show coverage down below, and stay tuned for more as news continues to flow out of the halls of Cobo Center.
