Rush, the upcoming Ron Howard flick that focuses on the intense rivalry between James Hunt and Niki Lauda during the 1976 Formula One World Championship, is looking better and better with each trailer.

The most recent spot focuses on Hunt, playing up his reputation as a notorious womanizer and playboy. You get a glimpse of the transformation that Chris Hemsworth's character goes through as the movie proceeds, from the free spirit shown in the beginning of the trailer to the intense competitor eager to best Lauda.

Take a look at the trailer below and be sure to check out the previous clips here and here. Rush hits theaters on September 27. Don't plan on much from Autoblog that day - we'll all be at the theater.

I thought this movie was about Rush and Lauda, but it seems like Lauda is just a supporting character.

It never was about Lauda. Besides, he's the one who is alive today - a lot less legend potential for all mass media and especially the Hollywood.

I wanted to say Hunt and Lauda, this page really needs an edit button. Anyway, that's what i read on different pages, i hope they show enough about Lauda's mental and physical recovery because i find that more interesting than a guy who bangs a lot of chicks.

Not a huge fan of modern F1, but looking forward to this movie for sure!

Hemsworth looks NOTHING AT ALL like Geddy Lee. What a farce.

I'll be there for the opening showing. It'll be my first time in a movie theatre in at least ten years.

The author apparently never seen Ayrton Senna in action and his crazy exploits other than YouTube, Hunt doesn't even come close to some of the audacious driving Senna or Piquet did in comparison to Hunt!

Based on the first two trailers I anticipated this would be a slow paced character drama. This trailer implies I am going to watch a classier Fast and Furious movie. I'm curious to see which it is.
