Rally racing is amazing to watch, and it's no doubt a blast from behind the wheel. But while we'd love some time behind the wheel of a genuine rally car, we're guessing that the sport is a lot harder than it looks. Then again, dirt racing looks really easy when Ken Block is behind the wheel.

Block and his seemingly ever-present camera crew hit the 100 Acre Wood course for some practice time before his attempt at a sixth consecutive victory, and the proof is in the video shown here. As you might've guessed, there is a lot of high-speed drifting of his Ford Fiesta, some gratuitous high-definition slow-motion awesomeness and some bonus Alex Gelsomino on the mic. Hit the jump to watch for yourself.

Ah yes, you hate these action sports types, we know ...and yet you always comment in blogs related to them.

His driving style is hit or miss. He either gets lucky and blows everyone's doors off or crashes. He punishes his cars. I love watching him drive though. Rally drivers are some of the most technically capable drivers there are, and Rally racing doesn't get enough attention. You have to have a good set of balls to hurtle through trees on a cart path at those speeds. It's way more fun to watch than F1 or NASCAR.

I think the real question is, who is Elmo?

Uh "grammar" is spelling and sentence structure. Lorenzo, why do you keep doing this? They already know who the impostor is. And it's quite hilarious because I haven't even been on here since 9 hours ago since I've been off holding a Daytona 500 party, that has failed miserably because of the postponing because of rain.

Is this supposed to be an insult of sorts? Because, unless you've been living under a rock the past 3 years I've been commenting on AB, you should know who I am. Oh and if it's a stab at saying that I sign into multiple accounts, then you'd also be false. I'm not as pathetic as DRstrangelove aka over9000 aka vwfailsagain. Or we could just talk about Fried_Troll, which seems he's been banned yet again under his Rant Master name. Oh wait, I could be wrong about this other Elmo name being "lorenzo". This DID start around the time Fried_Troll disappeared under his Rant Master name.

Funny thing is, I think this is the first time I've seen a video of Ken actually doing rally racing. The only videos I usually see of him is doing the Gymkhana stuff.

Cajones of Krypton...if my wife really wanted to surprise me, she would've bought me a ride'n'drive in one of these instead of 18 laps of NASCAR...now THIS would be some kinda magic moment!! Betcha 7/10's would scare the shiite outta most of us. Pure awesome.
