No, it’s not a typo. It’s called “Moovie” — with two Os, and
it’s going to be shown at Frankfurt next month. Created by Portuguese designer Andre Costa, Moovie was the winner
of the 3rd annual Peugeot Design Competition, beating out 3800 other designs. It was given high marks for its
originality and many innovations, one of the most significant ones, or shall we say two, are the swivel doors that
also house the large rear wheels. And instead of front wheels, Moovie has two front spheres, making the little pod
incredibly maneuverable in tight spaces. We predict a model based on this concept will hit the road sometime
around 2025… about when the time our flying cars
should arrive.
