In an effort to level the playing field, NASCAR has changed policy and said that it will
allow teams to enter no more than four cars. The change is a slap in the face to 5-entry owner Roush Racing, who scored
a few Cups in recent years thanks to drivers Matt Kenseth and Kurt Busch. Other changes affect track testing
and tire leasing.
Chairman Brian France, grandson of NASCAR founder Bill France, said that the changes are in the best interests of
the future of the sport.
