The Raider and
Eclipse are a big deal, especially to Mitsubishi’s
survival. The presentation was almost a “please wait until these come out” kind of conferences that stressed
improvement but the vibe was one of a company on shaky ground. I had to run to file my last stories before hitting the
road to beat a storm but here’s one of the Eclipse. The others they showed on the big screen were better. The only
thing I don’t like is the front quarter window separation. It looks odd. The interior (shown ont he big screen TV
screens) was hot. The Raider will have Bluetooth…what else. Eclipse Summer 2005, Raider Fall 2005. Eclipse Spyder in
2006. And if you don’t like the Raider I’m betting black ones will sell well, even outside of Oakland.
