The Tour de Sol puts hybrids, CNG, biofuel,
electric and fuel cell vehicles on display for both show and competition. A high-mileage challenge is an annual
highlight, as is the Tour de Sol Championship in which private teams and automakers build one-off vehicles aimed at
reducing gasoline use to naught. If you’re around the Saratoga area in mid-May, feel free to get your green
on.
